RETURN POLICY FOR COMFORT PILLOWS (INCLUDING NURSING, SLEEPING, AND LUMBAR PILLOWS)
We understand that finding the perfect pillow takes time — sometimes it just doesn’t work out. That’s why we offer a fair and responsible return policy.
Used Pillows:
If you tried your pillow with its cover and it didn’t suit you, we can accept your return. However, a 20% restocking fee (to cover the cost of the used cover) will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that, under EU hygiene and consumer protection regulations, comfort items that come into direct contact with the body are generally considered intimate goods and are not eligible for standard returns once used. Our policy offers this partial refund option as a goodwill gesture to support responsible use and reduce waste.
Unused Pillows:
We gladly accept returns of unused pillows within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Return Shipping:
We do not provide free return labels. However, we have dedicated return addresses in the USA, UK, and Europe, making the process smoother and more affordable for our customers. Please consider this before purchasing.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase (before it ships) for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but returns may be accepted under the conditions above.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with clear photos. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

All our pillows are fully adjustable, with zippers that allow you to add or remove filling for personalized comfort.
